Before becoming a Luddite, consider that Noway and Brazil have tougher safety systems for offshore drilling than our “green” administration! The safety valve to shut off the spout undersea mandatory outside of US, makes us look silly. Accidents happen. We have technology to avoid a natural disaster in rigs outside of our country. How about our own Executive branch act as a executive and instruct the Department of Interior at least match the safeguards of all other countries.
