No person in a position of power such as the district attorney’s office should be allowed to continue in the job after performing this sort of unconscionable act.

30 Sept 2010: Kratz finally got the memo and will resign. However, why on earth did Attorney General Van Hollen let Kratz go scot-free last year? Why was Kratz not punished a year ago when these allegations first came up? Why isn’t the state’s top law enforcement official seeing to it that the state’s laws are in fact upheld?
