It was just a few months ago that gas in some parts of the U.S. was pushing $4.00 per gallon, and diesel fuel was even higher. As of the first of November, 87 octane grade gas is around $2.28 in the city of Milwaukee, and diesel is somewhere around $3.18.
Oh, and there’s a presidential election on Tuesday. Surely that is just a coincidence.
But I have a feeling it’s no coincidence. Let’s see where the price of gasoline and diesel are in 30, 60, and 90 days.
