From teabagging to shouting at town hall meetings

Perhaps they do this because they would be arrested if they did so on the floor of Congress. By “this” I mean paid troublemakers going to Congressional town hall meetings, e.g. Steve Kagen’s in Green Bay on August 3, and disrupting any opportunity to rationally discuss health care reform. It’s organized. It is not spontaneous. It’s the Brooks Brothers Riot all over again, only this time, it’s not just in Florida. It’s happening across the country.

Why do you insist on stifling democratic governance in action? Is the status quo that valuable to you?

Later… Word does seem to be getting out that these are choreographed by conservative groups. Which is absolutely true.
