We have judges straight out of the Soviet Union! So says Orly Taitz, progenator of the so-called “birther” movement that is comprised of people who know in their minds guts that President Obama is not a U.S. citizen. The good Ms. Taitz just did an interview with TPM, in which she said that the U.S. district court judge who tore apart Birtherism and threatened Taitz with sanctions was a Soviet apparatchik. She believes that there are some judges who find it optional to believe in the law or the U.S. constitution:
“Not every judge is as corrupt as Judge Land. Some judges believe in the Constitution. And some judges believe in the rule of law.”
Now, I am not a lawyer — and this dingbit du jour doesn’t seem to be one either — but I’m pretty sure the rule of law is rooted in the U.S. Constitution.
I really like how the good Judge Land dismissed the case:
“First, Plaintiff’s challenge to her deployment order is frivolous. She has presented no credible evidence and has made no reliable factual allegations to support her unsubstantiated, conclusory allegations and conjecture that President Obama is ineligible to serve as President of the United States. Instead, she uses her Complaint as a platform for spouting political rhetoric, such as her claims that the President is ‘an illegal usurper, an unlawful pretender, [and] an unqualified imposter.'”
You can read the whole 14-page decision over here.
Clearly, this decision shows that practically the entirety of the U.S. judicial system, including judges who were in office prior to President Obama’z inaugration, have been corrupted by the socialist-communist-Muslim-Marxist President Obama. Victory over this subhuman monster will only be achieved when all people have fully enveloped their head in thirty-six layers of tin foil and tuned themselves to the top-secret frequency!
Update: Good god, it appears that she is a lawyer. A complaint has been filed against Taitz by a fellow member of the California bar. Be extension, she is a lawyer. Her behavior defies all logic, but that’s true for the birfers in general.
Also, a comment on TPM says “She has a mail order law diplomette from an unaccredited ‘law school.’ California is the only state that will allow a graduate of an unaccredited school to sit for the bar exam. She is, unbelievably, a member of the California bar. For now.” Now, this is a comment, and I have not seen verification of this anywhere. But it should be looked into.
