TABOR still haunts Colorado’s budget politics

The New York Times has an article on Colorado ballot initiatives that, if passed, stand to “blow a $1.7 billion hole, or more, in a state budget that is already facing a $1.3 billion shortfall…”

That adds up to three billion dollars.

TABOR don’t do nothin’ to fix budget messes. It only makes ’em worse.
